Rental Rate includes all utilities (water, sewer, electricity),trash and access to Ashland Plaza Mall unisex restrooms. This is a Gross Lease and landlord is open to length of Term. Tenants to do their own due diligence reference City Codes and Health Codes based on their intended use. The existing parking lot may or may not be in existence in the future. Tenant to be responsible for their Tenant Improvements (TI's) and service the grease interceptor, if applicable. No restaurant equipment is included.
